Best Cheap Auto Insurance in Missoula 59801
I didn't even want to give this company a half a star, but it made me. This is not a professional company per say. I went with Farmers because they had a really good offer for my family and I. Since this time last year I have had only headaches. My bill more than doubled in size. I have Two cars no tickets started at $110.00 then by the end of the first year still no tickets went too almost $300. Out of the blue they will come up with the craziest excuses to tax on more money to the bill. When I decided to cancel I talked to Jason Ayers Headquarters and not Jason. They advised me the policy was canceled and I would not receive a bill. I had them send that statement to my email. Two weeks after that email I received a bill for WELL OVER $3,000.00. I really hope that everyone can read this be for they buy in to this company. I just don't wish companies wouldn't act in such a manner.
I have been with Allstate for seven years. I chose them because I believed I would get a level of customer service that I would not be getting were i to choose a larger network. Unfortunately I was wrong by choosing my insurance provider this way. With Randy Mitchell's branch I have had one problem after another with this agency. Payments "not being received" when clearly my bank statements showed that, indeed, payment was withdrawn by them. I used the "towing" insurance once and later was told it wasn't part of my policy. It wasn't until I brought in my towing insurance card to the office to prove I was in fact covered. Last example, I paid one of my premiums over the phone. I paid my usual amount that month. The next month I was told I would be qualifying for a good payment history discount of some sort. However since I hadn't paid my full premium last month because the amount was increased, I no longer qualified for it. Wouldn't it seem logical that I be told the amount I was going to pay was not the full amount since it was increased because of rezoning. The gal couldnt even tell me what rezoning meant per insurance and why i was paying for it. At least let the customer know this important piece of information. All in all, I believe these problems can be summed up to unorganization and not enough training for the job criteria. Most times I call I get a different person who can't give me a straight answer or has a conflicting answer to the one I got from the person before them. I am extremely frustrated and cannot believe this Branch of Allstate will stay in business. Itâs an excellent idea Soun
